Official weights and station details for Women Doubles division. Train the way you race.
Every race follows this order.
Two female athletes run all 8 km together. At each station, only one partner can work at a time — the other must stand in the designated tag zone. Partners can tag in and out as many times as they want, but simultaneous work on the equipment is not allowed. Total reps per station match the Singles division (80 m of burpee broad jumps, 100 wall balls, etc.) — the partners choose how to split them.
Women Doubles uses the same weights as Open Women at every station.
