1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HyCrew, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

HyCrew provides workout tracking and analytics for HYROX training. The service includes:

  • •Secure cloud storage for your workout data

3. User Responsibilities

4. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by HyCrew or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or software without explicit permission.

6. User Content

  • ✓By using the service, you grant us permission to store and process your data
  • ✓We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements
  • ✓You can request deletion of your data at any time

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HyCrew to:

✗Distribute malware or harmful code
✗Gain unauthorized access to our systems
✗Use automated tools (bots, scrapers)
✗Resell or commercially exploit the service

8. Limitation of Liability

HyCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, data loss, or other issues arising from app use. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

9. Beta Testing

This app is currently in beta testing. Features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change. We appreciate your feedback but make no guarantees about feature availability or timelines.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
